What You’ll Do

Own full-cycle executive and senior-level searches from first outreach through placement

Proactively source and cold call passive, senior-level talent daily

Tell the Brooks International story with confidence and credibility and sell executives on why this move matters

Handle objections, navigate complex motivations, and keep senior candidates engaged

Build and manage live pipelines with urgency, ownership, and accountability

Serve as the front-line representative of Brooks International to executive candidates

Present validated candidates during executive-level Candidate Yield Reviews

Apply structured, evidence-based qualification criteria to move the right talent forward

Operate with precision inside our recruiting tech stack, SOPs, and execution framework

What We’re Looking For

Experience in executive search, senior leadership recruiting, or high-caliber corporate recruiting

Comfort with cold calling and objection handling at the executive level

Strong ability to influence, qualify, and close passive candidates

Deep familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter; Boolean search experience strongly preferred

Process-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a performance‑measured environment

Professional maturity to represent the firm with CEOs and senior leaders

Authorized to work in the U.S.
