Step into a pivotal role supporting a dynamic HR team at a well-respected healthcare organization. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives on coordinating processes, supporting employees, and ensuring HR operations run smoothly.
Hours & Pay
Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM (flexible start/end times)
Pay Rate: $20-$22 per hour
Employment Type: Temporary (with potential for long-term placement for highly qualified candidates)
What You'll Do
Provide comprehensive support across all HR functions: recruitment, onboarding, benefits, payroll, employee health, and training
Plan, schedule, and document meetings, creating agendas and capturing action items
Assist in the recruitment process: job postings, interviews, reference checks, pre-employment testing, offer letters, new hire packets, and candidate communications
Maintain calendars, schedules, and departmental organization
Conduct audits and support compliance activities, including licenses, I-9s, employee files, and employment posters
Prepare correspondence, reports, and documentation as requested
Manage incoming and outgoing mail efficiently
Greet and assist visitors to the HR department professionally
Maintain office supplies and coordinate food orders for meetings or events
Participate in employee engagement initiatives and company committees
Perform additional duties to support HR operations as needed
What You'll Need
Experience in Human Resources or a related administrative support role preferred
Associates' or Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Professional judgment and ability to handle sensitive/confidential information
Basic knowledge of employment practices and applicable laws
Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
Customer service and phone experience; ability to manage Outlook calendars and Excel data entry
