Overview Leading California firm seeks experienced employment law associate to join a thriving practice in Irvine. This position offers excellent career opportunity in a collaborative setting that values professional development and mentorship.

Responsibilities

Defend employers in single‑plaintiff and class action litigation

Handle all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, taking and defending depositions, and arguing dispositive motions

Represent clients before administrative agencies (CCRD, DLSE, EEOC)

Counsel employers on compliance with California and federal employment laws

Draft employment agreements, handbooks, and policies

Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex, high‑stakes matters for Fortune 500 and emerging companies

Qualifications • 3+ years of litigation experience defending employers in PAGA, FEHA, wage and hour, and other employment‑related claims • Academic background considered • Must be admitted to practice in California • Attorneys must live within a commutable distance to the firm’s Irvine offices
