What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Prepare LEDES files for submission to clients via web-based e‑billing systems or email, troubleshooting and resolving errors
Assist with e‑billing for complex clients, ensuring invoices comply with billing guidelines and have proper approvals
Monitor invoice validations, approvals, reductions, and rejections, researching and resolving issues as they arise
Work with clients and third‑party vendors to implement e‑billing processes for new and existing clients
Provide technical support and customer service to billing attorneys and staff regarding e‑billing processes
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of five years’ experience with legal e‑billing
Intermediate proficiency in Excel, including vLookup and Pivot Tables
Proficient in Outlook and AdobePro
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently while contributing to a team
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with eBilling Hub and Elite 3E
Familiarity with minor e‑billing systems
