Process invoices and payments with precision.
Manage accounts payable and receivable like a pro.
Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts regularly.
Support leadership with accurate reporting and documentation.
What We’re Looking For
3–4 years of experience in bookkeeping or AP/AR, OR an associate degree in accounting/business with 2 years of experience.
Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
Experience with accounting software (bonus points for Sage Intacct).
A sharp eye for detail and a love for problem‑solving.
