As a Collections Team Lead, you will guide the dedicated accounts receivable team that supports Uline’s growing North American operations.
Position Responsibilities
Manage, guide and develop our team of Accounts Receivable Associates. Review and assess the team’s work, giving constructive feedback. Onboard and train new team members. Resolve escalated customer problems and coach the team on timely payment collection strategies. Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or a related field preferred. 2+ years of collections or customer service experience. Leadership experience a plus. Strong communication and customer service skills with excellent attention to detail. Benefits
