Assist with roadway design tasks using software such as MicroStation and OpenRoads. Contribute to roadway plan production and related design documentation. Conduct field/site visits to collect roadway data. Apply standard engineering techniques and procedures to assigned tasks. Collaborate with project teams for alignment and profile, geometrics, drainage, development of plans and construction estimates. Participate in mentoring and young professional programs, engaging with company leaders and recent graduates. Perform additional duties as assigned to support project delivery. Preferred Qualifications

Current enrollment in a Civil Engineering program from an accredited college or university. Strong interest in transportation engineering and infrastructure design. Familiarity with MicroStation and/or OpenRoads software is a plus. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take direction from supervisors. Preference given to local candidates. What We Offer
