This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence through technology by partnering with Lodging Operations, Reservations, Accounting, Revenue Optimization, and other IT teams.The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and delivering scalable solutions. This role blends business analysis, technical troubleshooting, and quality assurance, requiring flexibility and cross-functional collaboration.**Job Responsibilities:**Technical Expertise* Lead end-to-end business analysis for projects, including requirements gathering, wireframing, and documentation of functional specifications.* Translate business needs into detailed user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria aligned with project goals.* Design and execute test plans and scripts to validate solutions; manage defect tracking and resolution.* Create system diagrams and process flows to support solution design and stakeholder understanding.* Ensure all project work adheres to SDLC, AMLC, SOX, and PCI compliance standards.* Coordinate with development teams and vendors to deliver application upgrades and new functionality.Leadership & Collaboration* Facilitate stakeholder workshops, planning sessions, and design reviews to align project scope and outcomes.* Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring clarity and transparency.* Build strong relationships with business units, IT teams, and third-party vendors to support project delivery.* Demonstrate adaptability in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and evolving requirements.* Exhibit strong attention to detail and commitment to quality throughout the project lifecycle.* Lead with initiative and thoughtfulness, contributing to process improvement and team development.**Job Qualifications:**Required* 5+ years of IT Business Analysis experience, preferably within ITIL frameworks.* Proven experience delivering enhancements via SDLC methodologies.* Prior ownership of hospitality applications (e.g., IQware POS, Inntopia, Agilysys, Springer Miller).* Experience with Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, IT Connect.* Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.* Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, or related field.Preferred* Hospitality industry experience (lodging, transportation, golf, spas).* Experience with PMS or CRS systems (e.g., Oracle, SynXis, Springer Miller).* Familiarity with analytics tools and advanced Excel (Macros, VBA).* Exposure to work order systems (Ivanti, Jira).* Certifications such as PMI-BA, PMI-ACP, IIBA, PSPO, POPM.Location:MEX Work-at-HomeLanguage Requirements:Time Type:Full time**If you are a California resident, by submitting your information, you acknowledge that you have read and have access to the**# **Mission:**### Hi, we're Concentrix.
