New Construction Field Supervisor
in Charlotte, NC.

Job Summary
Supervise multiple roofing production crews on large projects
Responsible for working with other trades and general contractors
Responsible for setting up and maintaining a safe job site
Daily communications with the Site Manager
Planning and executing a successful project
Candidate Qualifications
5+ years of experience in new construction
Prior experience working with general contractors
3+ years supervisory construction experience
Experience with commercial roofing systems: TPO, EPDM, BUR, & Coating Systems, preferred
Ability to read blueprints
Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem solving and organizational skills
Proficient working with technology and learning new technology
Valid state driver’s license (in good standing) is required
Willing to travel out of town as needed
Bilingual is highly preferred
