Manage a dynamic calendar and act as primary contact for all scheduling updates
Support course operations: handle materials, manage waitlists, and assist with class logistics
Coordinate logistics for events and guests: travel, catering, setup, and cleanup
Track workflows and projects using tools like Asana, Zoom, and Google Calendar
Requirements:
3+ years of administrative experience with calendar and executive support
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Proficient with Google Calendar for high-volume scheduling
Experienced with task management tools such as Asana
