Job Description The

Corporate Loan Documentation Analyst

holds primary responsibility for the BOKF Loan Documentation and Collateral Policy which governs the proper documentation of all loans made by the commercial and consumer lenders of BOK Financial Corporation.

How You'll Spend Your Time

You will establish corporate standards, policies, and procedures for commercial and consumer loan documentation.

You will provide staff with clear written guidelines and performance feedback on internal standards.

You will ensure documentation policies comply with bank regulations, state laws, and corporate standards.

You will manage and support a quality control program for internal loan documentation and review.

You will monitor legal and regulatory changes, revise internal policies, and direct staff training accordingly.

You will serve as a liaison between Credit Services, Credit Administration, and Corporate Compliance to align documentation with policy.

You will participate in mergers, acquisitions, new product committees, and system conversions to ensure proper documentation processes.

Education & Experience Requirements This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in a business related field with 7-8 years of directly related experience in commercial lending, loan documentation or loan operations or equivalent combination of education and experience.

A law degree with experience in banking, finance or real estate law is strongly preferred.

Extensive knowledge of documentation requirements for all types of commercial loans, including consumer loans made by PFS bankers and accommodation loans for commercial customers

Extensive knowledge of the Uniform Commercial Code, Reg Z, RESPA, fair credit reporting act, Regulation B, Regulation C (HMDA) and all federal and state regulations on lending and consumer compliance

Extensive knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Practices (GAAP) as it relates to loan processing

Extensive knowledge and understanding of all aspects of all types of Credit Agreements

Extensive knowledge of loan documentation requirements for multiple states

Extensive knowledge of typical commercial and consumer lending policies

Thorough knowledge of REACT or similar Exception Tracking Application

Thorough knowledge of computer programs used to generate loan documents

Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills

Excellent problem solving and research skills

Excellent PC skills including work processing and spread sheet applications
