Commercial Leasing Associate / Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced
Commercial Leasing professional
to join an
established
real estate organization in Southwest Florida. This role will be responsible for driving leasing activity across a commercial portfolio, building strong tenant relationships, and supporting overall asset performance.
Key Responsibilities
Market and lease commercial properties including retail, office, and/or industrial assets
Source, qualify, and engage prospective tenants
Build and maintain long‑term relationships with tenants, brokers, and ownership
Coordinate with property management and internal stakeholders to support leasing efforts
Conduct property tours and represent the portfolio in a professional manner
Track leasing activity, pipeline, and market trends
Maintain accurate records and reports related to leasing performance
Qualifications
15+ years of experience
in commercial leasing or commercial real estate
Deep understanding of local and regional commercial real estate markets
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑management skills
Proven ability to manage multiple active leasing efforts simultaneously
High level of professionalism and discretion
