MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: We are seeking a BI & Analytics Lead to guide the organization’s transition to Power BI, strengthen enterprise reporting, and elevate data literacy across the Association. This role combines technical expertise, strategic insight, and strong collaboration skills to support better decision-making and advance our analytics capabilities.

Lead the implementation, governance, and ongoing maintenance of the Power BI environment, including dashboard creation, data model design, and automated reporting solutions, while ensuring data accuracy, quality, and compliance with regulatory and security standards.

Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to understand reporting needs, streamline processes across multiple systems, and deliver actionable insights and performance metrics that inform strategic decision-making.

Support system upgrades, optimize reporting workflows, and maintain financial reporting tools such as OneStream and Infor CloudSuite, while providing training and promoting data literacy programs organization-wide.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, information technology, or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, governance, or related disciplines, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Proficiency in Power BI development and administration (or willingness to obtain certification), with strong knowledge of databases, data modeling, reporting best practices, and experience working with financial systems such as OneStream, and Infor CloudSuite General Ledger.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project coordination skills, with the ability to communicate complex analytics and insights clearly to non-technical audiences and to develop training and data literacy programs across the organization.
