Key Responsibilities
Assist with accounts payable, receivable, payroll, billing, and financial reporting.
Support budgeting and help monitor financial performance.
Maintain accurate records and ensure regulatory compliance.
Coordinate with department leaders to manage expenses efficiently.
Provide customer service to residents, families, and staff on billing matters.
Assist with audits, reporting, and process improvements to drive efficiency.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare finance, bookkeeping, or office management.
Strong understanding of accounting, budgeting, and billing.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial software.
Organized, analytical, and committed to service excellence.
