Job Summary:
As a Business Development Specialist at JQOL, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and fostering client relationships. Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients to identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities; act as a liaison between clients and engineering teams, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns.
Proposal Development: Collaborate with technical teams to create tailored proposals and presentations; ensure timely submission and follow‑up with clients.
Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations to finalize contracts and agreements; work closely with the legal team to ensure favorable terms aligned with company policies.
Networking and Industry Engagement: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand presence and establish partnerships; build a strong professional network within engineering and related industries.
Sales Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions; provide regular reports to management on performance and market trends.
Collaboration with Internal Teams: Coordinate with engineering, marketing, and finance to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction; provide insights from client interactions to improve service offerings.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the engineering industry.
