Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site position located in the Dallas‑Fort Worth Metroplex for a LIHTC (Low‑Income Housing Tax Credit) Property Manager. Responsibilities include overseeing day‑to‑day property operations, ensuring compliance with LIHTC regulations, managing budgets and financial reporting, responding to tenant needs, ensuring occupancy goals, overseeing leasing and marketing activities, and supervising staff. The Property Manager will be responsible for building strong relationships with residents and maintaining property standards.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of LIHTC compliance and regulations
Skills in financial management, budget preparation, and rent collection
Proficiency in tenant relations, including leasing, conflict resolution, and community development
Experience in team supervision, staff training, and performance management
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Proficiency in property management software and general computer skills
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of local housing laws and Fair Housing regulations is highly beneficial
Previous experience managing multifamily properties or affordable housing is preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or a related field is a plus
