Summary Summary

The manager of operations is responsible for all support staff. This position will lead "Best in Class" service by example and manage all service-related functions. The manager of operations reports to and is employed by Shuttleworth Financial Group. This position is fully in-office. Compensation is $80,000-$100,000 dependent upon experience. Benefits include: PTO.

Job Description Position Roles/Responsibilities/Accountabilities

Lead, supervise and support office staff to ensure operational efficiency and daily client service requests are met

Train, coach and mentor support staff to foster professional growth and performance

Prepare and manage weekly team meeting agendas

Manage business pipeline from initiation to completion, ensuring timely execution

Manage all advisors continuing education, computer based trainings, licensing requirements, including renewals and onboarding

Manage and monitor documentation standards and disclosure requirements to ensure full regulatory compliance

Oversee and maintain all office technology systems including computers, printers, internet connectivity and related equipment

Manage the office Social Media presence to enhance visibility

Develop & manage the team’s marketing plan in conjunction with growth initiatives and business goals

Handle complex client service requests to ensure high standard of client satisfaction and retention

Coordinate and manage all aspects of Advisors’ “Quarterly call” activities including scheduling, content and follow-up

Plan, coordinate and execute office events such as Economic Outlook presentations, team-building events, and community outreach (e.g. church events)

Position Qualifications

5+ years

of experience in the investment or financial services industry

3+ years

of management experience with a track record of team leadership

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Proficiency with technology, and tools like Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Docusign, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint required

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality

Ability to maintain integrity of sensitive/confidential information

Basic understanding of our products and services, and Thrivent Financial
