General Summary
Operate processing machines within the Processing Team and serve as a flex operator across various positions. Coverage may include utility driver responsibilities. Work the 3rd (night) shift (scheduled as Night Owl Shift).
Primary Responsibilities
Safely set up, adjust and operate processing machines such as mix, laminator, oven, and scaler.
Rotate positions, provide breaks, and shift as schedule requires; may cover utility driver.
Maintain area in good housekeeping order, complete required paperwork, and perform other duties as assigned.
Participate in team training and cover schedules as needed.
Work overtime and occasional weekends when required.
Support and participate in preventive maintenance program.
Comply with food safety procedures and plant GMPs.
Perform heavy lifting as required.
Minimum Education Required High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
Education & Experience Preferred Production line manufacturing, food service, or food handling experience.
Compensation & Benefits The starting rate for this full-time, hourly position is $22.00 per hour.
Individual base pay may vary by work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation.
