Overview
Maintenance Technician – Dallas, TX
Pay Rate: $30.00 per hour
Shift: 6 PM – 4:30 AM, Monday–Thursday
From Gear Jams to Power Trips – you handle it all.
Responsibilities
Inspect, maintain, and repair machines that keep the shop moving.
Hunt down problems before they stop production – and fix them when they do.
Handle everything from schematics to wrenches to keep operations humming.
Work shoulder‑to‑shoulder with the crew to keep things safe, steady, and efficient.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED (trade school = bonus).
Solid experience fixing and maintaining equipment in plants or warehouses (2+ years).
Knows their way around schematics and manuals.
Extra skills: HVAC, plumbing, welding, mechanical systems, conveyor systems, or CMMS.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds, move, and work in hot, cold, or noisy spaces.
