We hire people who are passionate about helping others find their best night’s sleep. What You’ll Do (Essential Duties And Responsibilities)
The role is full time, 40 hours a week and requires a flexible schedule including weekdays, the weekend, holidays, and evening hours based on team scheduling needs and assignments. Deliver a welcoming, engaging and thorough experience to Tempur Sealy shoppers, building our brand voice and fielding incoming questions from customers and prospects via chat, social, SMS, 1:1 email or other digital tools. Serve as a subject matter expert for products available for research or purchase on one or more Tempur Sealy websites. Serve as a brand ambassador and expert in brand tone and feel in communications with consumers for one or more Tempur Sealy brands. Support efforts to improve overall brand sentiment in digital platforms, address negative conversations, and proactively addressing concerns. Identify customer outreach issues for escalation to Customer Service, applying a project management focus to tracking and evaluating the end-to-end customer experience. Amplify user-generated content and encourage interaction between advocates and potential customers. Facilitate product review collection and presence with existing customers. Identify high-quality content from website, social and email interactions for use in website, social and marketing channels. Share insights with leadership across product, marketing, and technology teams on trends and opportunities. Maintain and evolve the company’s user-generated content presence on owned properties in collaboration with digital, brand marketing, and PR teams. Measure, analyze, report and optimize digital engagement, and suggest improvements to the customer experience. Identify consumer trends and opportunities. Stay current with trends in social marketing, online engagement, and user-generated content to inform Tempur Sealy strategies. Use research and feedback to identify enhancement opportunities, drive results, and reduce complexity. Help grow the volume and quality of Tempur-Pedic user-generated content. Collaborate with digital platform, operations, and product management to diagnose issues and find solutions. Take on new activities aligned with the role’s purpose. Perform other duties and special projects as needed. Qualifications
