Responsibilities

Advise clients and deliver high‑quality tax service and advice; grow KPMG’s private client tax practice focused on ultra‑high net‑worth individuals, trusts and estates.

Review and analyze complex individual income tax, gift, estate and trust returns for ultra‑high net‑worth individuals and Family Offices.

Serve as trusted advisor on legislative and regulatory changes affecting ultra‑high net‑worth families.

Build, manage, direct and monitor multiple client engagement teams while maintaining active communication with clients to manage expectations and ensure satisfaction.

Contribute to growth, process improvements and institutional knowledge of the Family Office tax practice.

Mentor, coach and manage a team of talented tax professionals.

Qualifications

Minimum five years of recent ultra‑high net‑worth tax experience in an accounting firm and/or law firm.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university.

Licensed CPA, EA or JD/LLM, and at least one of KPMG’s approved credentials; if not credentialed at hire, one year to obtain a credential.

Demonstrated track record of business development and ability to build and maintain relationships.

Experience leading multiple engagements and mentoring staff in a collaborative team environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to evaluate and articulate complex information.
