Role Description We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant / Office Manager for a full‑time, on‑site role located in New York, NY. Responsibilities include providing high‑level executive administrative support, managing day‑to‑day office operations, preparing and overseeing expense reports, and ensuring seamless communication across teams. The role demands exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Qualifications
Strong executive administrative assistance skills to manage office operations and provide full executive support.
Experience in preparing and managing expense reports and related documentation with accuracy.
Proficiency in communication and supporting senior executives in a professional business environment.
Effective time management and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required; prior experience in a similar role is highly advantageous.
