Service Manager – Canandaigua National Bank

Join Canandaigua National Bank as a Service Manager to oversee the Teller unit and deliver outstanding customer service. Location: Rochester, NY and Canandaigua, NY. Responsibilities

Day‑to‑day management of the Teller unit in a branch office. Supervise all tellers to ensure efficient and accurate paying and receiving services. Maintain and control vault cash for the Teller unit. Work closely with the Community Office Manager to establish and deliver service standards. Assist in the selection, orientation, and training of new personnel. Ensure compliance with paying, receiving, balancing, and operational activities per policy. Coordinate quarterly Retail Referral program requirements for tellers. Complete assigned performance reviews on time. Qualifications

College degree or coursework in business or accounting, or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 12 months banking experience. Strong knowledge of bank operating policies and procedures. Ability to perform all teller duties. High proficiency with PC and Microsoft Office. Exceptional customer service and sales experience. Compensation

Salary: $21–22 per hour. Benefits
