We are looking for a Shift Leader! Our Shift Leaders collaborate directly with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. They set morale, coach team members, open and close the store with little supervision, and maintain a safe, clean environment. Many General Managers started as Shift Leaders.

What we are looking for
High school diploma or equivalent
18 years or older
Ability to work varied hours, including early (as early as 3am) and weekends
Pass background check as applicable
Must obtain ServSafe certification before completing leadership training
Current, valid, state issued driver’s license (preferred)
Tip eligibility subject to state regulations
Additional benefits eligibility subject to position guidelines at time of hire
