Business Analyst / Quality Assurance Tester
Location:
Remote in US, with ability to travel to Denver, Colorado for a few days every quarter.
Desired Skillset:
Experience in Qgenda Scheduling system and integration with other Timekeeping systems such as PeopleSoft, Kronos etc.
Responsibilities:
This role is to support BA and QA tasks for integration of Qgenda Scheduling system with PeopleSoft Time and Labor.
Support data reconciliation and validation between Qgenda and PeopleSoft.
Define data integration requirements, including data mapping, transformation, and validation rules on the Qgenda in alignment to PeopleSoft Time and Labor.
Create detailed test cases covering inbound/outbound integrations, business rules, and exception handling.
Validate scheduling data, time entries, premiums, and labor rules flowing from Qgenda to PeopleSoft.
Log, track, and manage defects through resolution in collaboration with technical and functional teams.
Coordinate closely with integration developer and PeopleSoft functional lead.
Develop and execute test plans, including system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Troubleshoot integration issues and work with technical teams to resolve defects.
Document integration flows, configurations, and process changes for audit and support purposes.
