Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator with a focus on Trade Shows and Events for a temporary assignment. This role will support the planning, coordination, and execution of national and regional trade shows, conferences, and related marketing events. Key Responsibilities
Coordinate all event logistics with our exhibit house and internal stakeholders. Manage tradeshow plans, timelines, and deliverables within exhibitor portals. In collaboration with exhibit house, oversee booth setup requirements, show services orders, and onsite support planning. Initiate and lead project meetings with marketing and sales, teams; track and manage action items through completion. Work closely with creative agencies to develop pre-show and post-show campaigns, email communications, and digital content. Order promotional giveaways, branded apparel, and printed collateral. Manage inventory and shipment of tradeshow booths, marketing materials, and assets for regional/state-level shows. Coordinate hotel room blocks, team travel details, and special event requirements. Qualifications
3-5+ years of experience in event coordination and trade show management. Experience working with exhibitor portals, event vendors, and creative agencies. Knowledge of tradeshow booth systems, event logistics, and vendor management. Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and manage overlapping deadlines. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project/task management tools preferred. Ability to lift and ship event materials as needed. This role may require occasional travel to key events. Typical work is performed in a corporate office or remote environment with periodic coordination of shipments and event materials.
Role will be hybrid with two days per week in office, located in downtown Atlanta. About PRG
