Base pay range
$60,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr Job Summary: The Order to Delivery Specialist will be responsible for managing allocation of orders and providing sales and operations support. Responsibilities: Daily reporting and analysis of sales reporting Pick & Pack of orders, order processing Ensure account reconciliations Assure timely and accurate invoicing Clearing any order errors Processing EDI files Manage day to day execution of operations to ensure customer orders are received through EDI, processed into SAP and exported to warehouse Monitor Open order reports Manage resolution of issues that arise between warehouse, Sales & Operations team Clear communication with Sales managers
Logistics Management:
Manage movements of good from warehouse to customer Ensure orders are processed timely and accurately Communicate with warehouse regarding ASNs and other retailer requirements Ensure PO changes due to stock issues are communicated to sales and customers as needed
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in relevant field or related job experience 2-4 years experience in Customer Service, Logistics, or Operations SAP user Advanced excel user System savvy Data manipulation, analytical Able to efficiently and effectively build and handle multiple relationships Able to drive a cross functional team for a solution Sense of urgency and "Can do" approach
