Job Details Title: Product Sales Executive, HR Solutions

Location: Remote, US

What You Will Do In this role, you will drive growth within a defined territory of existing AECO customers by expanding adoption of Trimble’s software portfolio. As an HR Product Sales Executive, you guide customers, prospects, and internal account teams on how Trimble’s HR solutions can advance their workforce management outcomes.

Lead consultative growth by partnering with AEs and guiding customers through the full sales lifecycle to drive measurable adoption and retention.

Prospect, qualify, and shape opportunities by leading early discovery.

Build and manage a healthy pipeline, using data‑driven judgment to prioritize opportunities and maintain accurate CRM visibility.

Deliver tailored product demonstrations, balancing virtual and in‑person engagements, collaborating with Solutions Engineers.

Build trusted relationships through consistent multi‑channel engagement.

Partner with internal stakeholders in response to RFIs and RFPs.

Attend trade shows and industry conventions, and travel as needed.

Skills & Experience

Strong understanding of HRIS tools, either through experience in an HRIS position or by selling this category of software.

Minimum 2 years of experience selling SaaS solutions and/or direct experience in the construction industry.

Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong presentation, communication, and influencing skills.

Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate autonomously.

Proficient in Salesforce CRM and Google Suite products.

Priority to applicants with prior construction industry experience and/or SaaS sales within the construction industry.

Compensation Base salary plus commission earnings. Hiring range: $140,000 – $160,000 OTE. Pay rate: Salary + Commission.
