Job Description As a Domino’s Pizza Shift Manager, your success is vital to our business. You will lead a team, receiving training in product quality, sanitation, interviewing, and hiring. In our fast‑paced environment, you will learn to “Conquer the Rush” and develop important leadership skills needed to lead and develop teams.
Responsibilities Lead and manage daily operations of the store, ensuring high quality product and customer service standards; train and mentor staff; manage inventory, cash handling, and compliance with health and safety regulations; implement store policies and procedures; maintain a positive and productive team environment.
Qualifications
18 years or older
A valid US Driver’s license
1 year or more of driving experience
A safe driving record
A dependable vehicle with proof of auto insurance
A desire to lead people
1-2 years of management experience preferred
