Overview
McLane is looking for a Distribution Supervisor to oversee operations of an assigned area, department, or shift of the warehouse/distribution center. The role ensures adequate staffing, training, tools, and productivity standards while maintaining safety, sanitation, and customer‑delivery quality. Benefits You Can Count On

Direct and motivate teammates, communicate company and division information, and address teammate concerns. Facilitate communication within the warehouse leadership team and between division/warehouse leadership and teammates. Ensure department and warehouse procedures meet DC goals, standards, and safety, and promote them for buy‑in. Maintain a clean and safe work environment following company and Silliker standards. Supervise daily work, create schedules, maintain paperwork, provide training and coaching, enforce policies, and assure adherence to operational and safety procedures. Act as a visible safety advocate, relieve other supervisors during vacations, and meet flexible scheduling, temperature, and physical requirements. Other duties may be assigned. Qualifications You’ll Bring
High School Diploma or GED equivalent (Bachelor's preferred). Minimum 2 years experience in a distribution warehouse, preferably grocery. Experience leading large teams, hiring, training, motivating, and resolving employee relations. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Strong written and verbal communication; ability to present information, listen, define problems, and draw conclusions. Read, write, and understand English at a job‑related level for safety and operational instructions. Fit the Following?
