is seeking a Regional Support Professional to provide overnight care across multiple sites. Candidates must be willing to travel between up to 19 locations and be available Monday – Sunday from 9 pm to 8 am, including weekends. A flexible schedule and readiness to work varying shifts are essential.
Job Description As a Regional Support Professional, you will build relationships, provide person‑centered, quality living experiences, and serve individuals with disabilities. Your goal is to help clients enjoy life by supporting daily functions such as meal prep, light exercise, local transportation, social interactions, and housekeeping. You will also:
Travel across assigned sites, adapting quickly to schedule changes.
Work overnight and evening shifts as needed.
Provide compassionate support and encouragement.
Pay & Benefits Wage: $25.00 – $28.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and education.
Sign‑on bonuses: $650 after 6 months and $1,450 after 12 months of employment.

4 years of direct‑care experience, OR 2 years of direct‑care experience with a bachelor’s or associate’s degree in a human services field.
