As a Disposition Manager at Trudo Home Buyers, you will play a vital role in overseeing operations and ensuring exceptional service delivery to our buyers/investors. This position is essential in helping us fulfill our mission of supporting home sellers while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Responsibilities
Market properties according to established procedures Create new buyer contacts to develop and grow our existing buyer list Qualify buyers well so you’re not wasting your/our time on tire kickers Constant monitoring of available properties to stay abreast of comps and the market Work with the entire team, utilizing tools and analytics to guide pricing strategy to maximize profitable growth Develop strong business relationships with all buyers for maximum results and revenue for the company in your line of work here Qualifications
Must be very tech-savvy. You will use several tools, the Office Suite, and CRMs Cold Call/Warm Call prospective investment buyers, and qualify and convert Social Media Marketing of our inventory - must be willing to take video and A neat, clean, and professional appearance is required to look the part Excellent people skills Excellent sales and negotiation skills Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Real estate license a plus, 1–3 years of industry and sales experience Compensation
Compensation:
$90,000 - $108,000 yearly
