We’re looking for an experienced Service Manager to oversee one of our tire and auto service centers. The role focuses on scheduling, training, sales, and guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Manage the service department effectively by scheduling associates, service appointments, and organizing workflow to deliver quality work on time to guests.
Help drive and reach sales goals through guest interactions including tire and service sales.
Build guest relationships and ensure satisfaction by acting as liaison between technicians and guests.
Contribute to the training and development of service department associates.
Articulate warranties, promotions, and advertisements to guests.
Use tools and guidelines to make recommendations to guests.
Maintain a clean and safe work and guest area.
Perform a variety of manual tasks for extended periods of time, including light and heavy lifting of consumer tires and wheels, standing, bending, and squatting.
Basic Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of previous automotive service management experience.
Valid driver’s license.
Minimum age 18 years.
No relocation will be offered for this position.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous automotive service sales experience.
Additional automotive service experience.

Strong work ethic; independently motivated to produce results with limited influence from others.
Hard worker who demonstrates responsibility, dependability, conscientiousness, communication, and teamwork.
Ability to review, analyze, and interpret information, identify problems, and make decisions.
Ability to read, understand, and follow procedures and guidelines.
Flexible to work project schedules, including weekends and some holidays if required by location.
Commitment to following established safety policies and procedures.
