As a Concessions Manager, you will lead and motivate hourly team members to deliver warm hospitality and delicious food to guests. You will focus on people and quality standards while ensuring smooth operations. Detailed Responsibilities
Ensuring all stations are set up and ready for events Supporting recruitment and training of team members in standards and procedures Supervising operations during events and troubleshooting as needed Working with colleagues to continuously improve operational performance Proactively engaging in loss‑prevention processes Supporting the premium department as needed Completing point‑of‑sale updates and maintenance checks Ensuring timely implementation and communication of promotions Managing cash drop/collection, cash variance logs, and nightly GOS procedure Partnering with other departments for accurate requisition processing Collaborating with culinary and purchasing to update concessions theoretical matrix Managing gratis sheet process for comps Ensuring compliance with Payment Card Information rules Implementing concessions production sheet to minimize wastage Conducting progressive coaching with team members Producing monthly beverage wastage report Performing regular equipment maintenance (e.g., beer line cleaning) Re‑stocking concessions and bars for event readiness Installing appropriate alcohol service signage and following Responsible Service of Alcohol protocols Processing alcohol incident logs Supporting recruitment activities for team members Holding pre‑shift meetings to set event tone Managing “Keys to the Future” activities Orienting new team members Managing NPO Group communication Maintaining high service standards during events Completing end‑of‑month inventory Tracking product transfers and requisition sheets Resolving guest complaints Handling team member incidents/accidents and reporting procedures Conducting a monthly department safety inspection Administering monthly safety training Scheduling team members to match demand forecasts Verifying payroll and entering gratuities Ensuring subcontractor paperwork and training compliance Completing events walks of the building Supporting other properties and departments as required by business Other duties as assigned Job Requirements
2+ years of experience in a food and beverage operational position Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management preferred High level of computer literacy Passion for hospitality, food, and retail Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills Levy Culture & Benefits
