Role Description This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Survey Project Manager located in Council Bluffs, IA. The Survey Project Manager will be responsible for planning, managing, and overseeing survey projects, ensuring accuracy, compliance with regulations, and timely completion. Daily tasks include conducting topographic, boundary, and building surveys, preparing documentation, and collaborating with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to meet project goals and expectations.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Topographic Surveys and Boundary Surveys
Strong expertise in Land Surveying and Building Surveying
Familiarity with Surveying principles and tools
Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and meet deadlines
Experience with GIS and CAD software is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
Professional licensure in land surveying is highly desirable
