Front Office Manager – Hilton Omaha We are currently searching for a talented Front Office Manager to join our team at

Hilton Omaha . The Hilton Omaha is located in downtown, directly connected via a sky bridge to CHI Health Event Center and just minutes away from TD Ameritrade Ballpark and the Old Market Entertainment District.

Responsibilities

Manage all Front Office operations, including guest service and registration (check‑in/check‑out), room inventory and availability, guest service standards, product quality, cost controls, and overall profitability.

Direct marketing initiatives, systems use and management, budgeting and forecasting, department management, and policy and procedure implementation.

Monitor and develop team member performance: supervise, schedule, conduct counseling and evaluations, and deliver recognition and reward.

Assess service and satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues, and implement improvements.

Ensure compliance with Company standards and provide timely, friendly, and efficient responses to guest inquiries, requests, and issues.

Initiate and implement up‑selling techniques to promote hotel services and maximize room occupancy and revenue.

Ensure team members have current knowledge of hotel products, services, facilities, events, pricing and policies, as well as local area and events.

Complete audit procedures as needed.

Recruit, interview, and train team members.

Qualifications & Expectations

At least 1‑2 years of leadership experience in a front‑office or related hospitality role.

Outgoing personality with a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
