What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Manage day-to-day execution of parcel shipments, including DTC and drop‑ship orders
Produce and analyze daily shipping reports and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities
Serve as the first line of response for fulfillment issues, ensuring timely resolutions
Collaborate with Supply Planning and 3PL teams to manage inventory levels and backorders
Support new DTC channel launches and logistics coordination for promotional campaigns
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, operations, or e‑commerce fulfillment
Familiarity with parcel shipping workflows and platforms such as Shopify and Amazon Seller Central
Direct experience working with third‑party logistics (3PL) providers
Strong organizational and communication skills in a fast‑paced environment
Proficient in Excel and experience with ERP and WMS systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in a consumer packaged goods (CPG) or omnichannel environment
Knowledge of issue resolution and performance tracking with 3PLs
Detail‑oriented with strong analytical skills and proactive mindset
Passion for sustainability and alignment with the company’s mission
