The Role We are seeking an Audit Manager to work with clients across industries such as Non-Profit, Small Business, Construction, Real Estate, Retail, and Education. The ideal candidate is eager for professional growth and has substantial experience conducting audits within public accounting. The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, be team-oriented, and thrive with direct client interaction. Key Responsibilities

Effectively plan and execute assurance engagements. Identify business process risks and develop recommendations based on audits. Present findings and recommendations to senior management and clients. Supervise, train, and evaluate staff on client engagements. Organize and monitor progress of client engagements in relation to budgets and due dates. Function as a communication channel between senior management, clients, and staff. Required Qualifications

CPA Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 5+ years of experience carrying out audit methodologies & techniques within public accounting In-depth knowledge of US GAAP guidelines Non-Profit and/or Construction industry experience Ability to build and manage relationships internally and externally Strong project management and organizational skills Excellent work ethic Preferred Qualifications

Experience in performing Uniform Guidance, Yellow Book, Single Audits or/and Employee Benefit Plan audits Who We Look For
