Bowery Boost is an NYC‑based digital marketing agency working with an impressive list of clients and a track record of success. We work with various female‑founded (majority) eCommerce brands in Beauty, Fashion & Lifestyle industries. We're looking for a NY‑based team member to join us (hybrid) to manage our clients' paid search & social accounts.
Responsibilities
Drive strategy for agency clients' paid search campaigns
Use Google Ads dashboards day‑to‑day to build, run, optimize ads, and report on metrics.
Schedule, organize, and facilitate client campaign initiatives across all search channels (Google & Microsoft)
Optimize paid search accounts by building and testing campaign types, ad copy, budgets, and bidding strategies to hit spend and ROAS targets.
Understand client business needs and objectives; develop within‑platform insights and recommendations to solve larger business problems and improve key performance metrics
Collaborate and contribute to agency standards on key marketing service deliveries to optimize, retain, or upsell business.
Qualifications
2-5 years of PPC experience.
Experience in Google & YouTube Ads.
Experience in DtC.
Employment Type
Contract to hire (1-3 months contract)
