Oversee field investigations, laboratory testing, and engineering analysis.

Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s in Geotechnical Engineering preferred).
Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas or ability to obtain within 6 months.
5+ years of geotechnical engineering experience, including project management.
Strong technical writing, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver exceptional client service.
