Hours: Monday to Friday (8:00 am to 5:00 pm) Compensation: $39,000 to $50,000 per year (final offer depends on experience, skills, and location) Benefits: Medical, dental, vision; prescription drug and telemedicine services; company‑paid life and disability insurance; retirement savings with company match; paid time off, holidays, parental leave; additional voluntary benefits and employee discounts. Responsible for responding to and/or managing inquiries, complaints, and feedback from customer accounts. Provide support through in‑person, phone, email, or social media. Communicate effectively, understand customer needs, and provide solutions promptly. Collect and record customer data and maintain accurate interaction records. Problem‑solving skills, patience, empathy, and the ability to work under pressure are essential. The focus is on building and maintaining positive relationships with customers and delivering quality service that meets or exceeds their expectations. Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Negotiate rates with customers and service providers based on specific project requirements to ensure profitable margins for CRST Specialized. Source providers for warehousing and local deliveries. Manage the assets of our customers to ensure inventory integrity. Plan and manage deliveries from warehouse to job site to meet customer/contractor delivery schedules. Create and maintain accurate invoicing to customers and providers, including all accessorial charges. Assist other coordinators in operational plans, execution, or bid responses. Resolve customers’ and service providers’ issues regarding processes or projects, including onsite services, transportation, and product handling. Communicate effectively in writing and verbally with customers regarding process or service issues. Communicate with providers as project information and instructions change and address service issues and identify resolutions. Quote, set up, and manage carriers for project‑specific line hauls. Inventory management experience. Proven experience negotiating with suppliers. Ability to deescalate customer calls professionally. Transportation experience. Qualifications
High school diploma or GED. Detail‑oriented with strong follow‑through on documentation and customer updates. Reliable, punctual, and able to adapt to operational needs. Clear, empathetic communicator who listens and responds effectively. Why CRST?
