Job Description
We have an AI client who is in need of a remote technical sourcer. This position is a six‑month contract that may be extended.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top technical talent for our AI client
Utilize various sourcing channels including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and industry‑specific forums
Conduct in‑depth research to understand the AI industry landscape and stay updated on emerging technologies and skills
Perform initial screening of candidates to assess their qualifications and cultural fit
Manage and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and up‑to‑date candidate information
Adapt sourcing strategies based on market trends and feedback from hiring managers
Foster a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Qualifications
3‑5 years of experience as a technical sourcer, preferably in the AI or tech industry
Experience working for a tech start‑up
Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing technical talent
In‑depth knowledge of various sourcing tools and platforms
Familiarity with AI technologies, machine learning concepts, and related technical skills
Strong understanding of technical roles and ability to evaluate candidates' technical backgrounds
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools
Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
