Guest Experience Lead | American Dream (3-4 month Contract)
lululemon invites applicants for the Guest Experience Lead role at American Dream. This 3‑4 month contract positions you as a key store leader responsible for driving in‑store guest experience and daily sales performance.
Job Summary The Guest Experience Lead ensures all guests receive a quality in‑store experience, delivers technical product education, and supports team performance on the sales floor.
Core Responsibilities
Lead from the floor to deliver an exceptional and inclusive guest experience.
Continuously assess guest connection and technical product education; provide education when needed.
Supervise on duty, assessing and fulfilling business, team, and guest needs.
Prepare the store for guest arrival and maintain operational excellence throughout shifts.
Open and close the store following procedures.
Analyze daily business data and metrics to track progress toward sales goals.
Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of team members.
Provide coaching, feedback, and recognition to support team development.
Create a respectful and inclusive team culture.
Requirements
Legal authorization to work in the store’s country.
Ability to travel to the assigned store with reliable transportation.
Minimum 1 year of retail or customer‑experience work.
Some experience leading, mentoring, or delegating responsibilities.
Flexible schedule; availability for morning, afternoon, evening, weekend, holiday, and occasional early‑morning or overnight shifts.
High school diploma/GED or equivalent required; higher education a plus.
Preferred (Nice to Have)
1 year of retail or sales leadership experience.
Food‑service safety and/or liquor service certification for experiential stores (if applicable).
Compensation Base pay: $24.00 – $27.61 per hour (minimum wage applicable). Target bonus: $2.00 per hour. Total target base pay: $26.00 – $29.61 per hour.
