Assistant Manager – Panda Restaurant Group

What You’ll Do As an Assistant Manager You will assist in running a single store, overseeing hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. You will also receive 3‑plus weeks of store leadership training to prepare you for success.

Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

ADA Statement While performing duties, counter areas are hot with steam and vapors; workspace is restricted and employees must remain standing for long periods. Employees must prepare hot and cold foods, use Chinese cook knives and other kitchen equipment, and work quickly without losing accuracy. They must lift up to 50 lbs., stand up to four hours, and reach across counter tops measured at 36 inches to serve customers. Kitchens are hot, noise levels high, storage limited, and shelving high. Employees must work in a fast‑paced environment, communicate effectively, adapt to changing priorities, and manage conflicts and difficult situations.
