The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in‑store experience. They act as the Floor Supervisor, guiding and coaching Brand Reps and Stock Associates to keep store operations running effectively and driving performance through customer experience and sales. Schedule will vary weekly but should expect to work at least 12-16 hours per week. Required availability on Saturdays and Sundays as well as certain holidays. During peak timeframes, hours will increase to support the needs of the business. Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred. Retail Experience: At least 1 year of retail experience is preferred. Supervisor/Managerial Experience: No supervisory or managerial experience is required.
