Job Description Summary Will handle most clerical duties associated with a medical clinic. The PSS job is divided into stations; each station has a distinct set of duties normally performed by one employee in a typical day. In addition to the usual duties of the station, every PSS is expected to assist co‑workers in performing all job duties of a PSS at all times. All hired employees will be expected to learn and perform all duties of all front office stations.
Must demonstrate strong copywriting and editing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to consistently meet time‑sensitive priorities. Must be highly organized with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities. Performs additional duties and projects as assigned.
Education High School Diploma / GED required.
Qualifications and Requirements
Experience in the healthcare field highly preferred. Attention to detail with strong ability to multitask.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong communication skills with a wide variety of personalities.

Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) required.
Certification / License: Valid state driver’s license for travel to satellite offices and off‑site meetings. Compliance with Driver Safety Operations and Motor Vehicle Records Check Policy required.
