As a Parts Warehouse Specialist, you will work with Warehouse Solutions leadership and technicians to manage shipping and receiving of materials in the Customer Service Center. Your role will involve storing and retrieving parts with a high focus on accuracy and detail. General Duties and Responsibilities
Support all team areas in Warehouse Solutions with shipping and receiving activities and effective scheduling Organize paperwork, ensuring proper accuracy and completion Receive and stock parts, locate new parts, and relocate parts for space requirements Promote ProLift Toyota Material Handling’s philosophies, vision, and the “Doing the Right Thing” value, as well as the TLM “Toyota Lean Management” philosophy Educational / Job Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of experience in material handling or shipping and receiving, a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, and the ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity is essential. The Parts Warehouse Specialist will also protect the organization’s values by maintaining confidentiality as needed. The ProLift Team
