Contract, 12‑month position starting ASAP.
Schedule:
Fixed shift schedule: 36 hours first week, 48 hours next week, alternating. Day shift 6 AM–6 PM, Night shift 6 PM–6 AM. Willingness to work scheduled holidays, weekends, and overtime required.
Position Overview
Work performed in a biologics manufacturing environment with classified areas requiring clean hygiene, specified gowning, and personal protective equipment (PPE). This is not a lab position.
Entry‑level role with training for proficiency within assigned functional areas. Biologics orientation and job function training provided. 100% onsite.
Includes cleaning of clean room and equipment.
Primary Responsibilities
Set‑up, operation, and cleaning of process equipment including manipulation of valves, hoses, clamps, piping, etc.
Prepare buffers, media, and reagents up to 2000 L.
Monitor process parameters and report abnormal conditions.
Maintain accurate documentation.
Sustain a clean and orderly work environment.
Wear hood while disinfecting equipment.
Achieve and maintain proficiency through training.
Handle physical demands such as bending, twisting, squatting, kneeling, climbing, or reaching; occasional lifting up to 50 lb unassisted.
Work with hazardous materials such as caustic, acid, and steam.
Participate in routine mopping, spraying, and cleaning of process areas; may require use of Powered Air Purifying Respirator.
Requirements
High school diploma.
Ability to follow written instructions, verify data, perform minor mathematics and document results safely and compliantly.
Collaborate with teammates to execute scheduled work safely and compliantly.
Strong communication skills.
Familiarity with common computer tools, such as web‑based applications.

Nice to Have
Mechanical aptitude.
Familiarity with general chemistry, microbiology, or clean room operations.
Prior manufacturing experience.
Prior experience with cGMP operations or aseptic technique.
