Responsibilities
Lead and conduct digital forensic investigations related to data breaches, malware infections, and other security incidents
Collect, preserve, and analyze digital evidence from various sources, maintaining proper chain of custody
Develop and execute scripts for automating evidence collection and data analysis
Prepare detailed forensic reports and present findings to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
Participate in proactive cyber activities such as threat hunting and vulnerability management
Qualifications
Minimum of three years of experience in technology, including familiarity with operating systems and networking
Proficient in Python or PowerShell scripting for automation and data analysis
Strong understanding of digital evidence collection and forensic methodologies
Experience with forensic imaging and analysis tools
Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to data security and privacy
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications such as GIAC GCFA, GCIH, CEH, or similar
Understanding of networking concepts and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting and presenting findings
Graduate studies in cybersecurity or a related field
Knowledge of the insurance and financial services industry
