Location (Primary Location for Job Responsibilities) Our Kennesaw campus is located at 1000 Chastain Road NW, Kennesaw, GA 30144.

Our Marietta campus is located at 1100 South Marietta Parkway, Marietta, GA 30060.

Job Summary Assists with planning and coordination of professional programs. Provides administrative and technical support. Prepares and distributes weekly reports, manages quarterly master bookstore schedule, oversees all activities relating to ordering, receiving, organizing, storing, and distributing materials and equipment. Manages inventory levels. Tracks and follows up on issues or concerns related to professional programs. Responsible for classroom setup and breakdown. Maintains department files for compliance and yearly state audits.

Responsibilities

1. Assists with activities and processes for assigned programs

2. Manages supply orders and maintains working inventory supply rooms, inventory maintenance, and biannual reports to EHS

3. Works with program staff to research clinical equipment, performs comparison pricing and submit orders

4. Ensures all classroom equipment is functioning properly and performs and/or coordinates service as needed

5. Prepares supply carts for clinical labs and ensures classroom setup is as requested

6. Responsible for managing and processing culinary program food orders, pickups, and other class needs

7. Coordinates pickup of biohazardous waste created in healthcare classrooms

8. Provides technical and classroom support to CPE instructors; serves as liaison with UITS for classroom issues

9. Tracks and follows up on issues and concerns in preparation for program starts

10. Works with program staff to establish and maintain department files for compliance and yearly audits

11. Prepares and distributes weekly reports and directional signage for all programs starting, in‑session, or ending

12. Acts as the liaison for department staff, vendors, and the university bookstore ensuring the coordination of textbook shipping

13. Assists with planning and executing CPE staff events

14. Ensures culinary and healthcare program laundry is completed

15. Serves as back up to program staff, class programming and/or room booking as assigned

16. Serves as back up for purchasing (P‑card holder), as needed

Required Qualifications Educational Requirements High school diploma or equivalent.

Other Required Qualifications Current, valid, and unrestricted driver's license.

Required Experience On the job training provided.

Preferred Qualifications Preferred Educational Qualifications An undergraduate or advanced degree from an accredited institution of higher education in a related field.

Proposed Salary The budgeted salary range is $17.42/hr. – $20.19/hr. Offers are based on relevant experience. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Abilities Able to handle multiple tasks or projects at one time meeting assigned deadlines.

Skills Excellent interpersonal, initiative, teamwork, problem solving, organization, communication (verbal and written), time management, project management and presentation skills. Proficient with computer applications and programs associated with the position (i.e., Microsoft Office suite). Strong attention to detail and follow up skills. Strong customer service skills and phone and e‑mail etiquette.
